Definition of Business Needs of Polyclinic Processes
Analysis of processes within a polyclinic with the aim of documenting business needs to establish a standardized and centralized system for multiple polyclinics.
As part of the project, we conducted detailed interviews with staff members across different departments to gather insights into their daily tasks, challenges, and goals. We also analyzed data related to patient flow, appointment scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.

Patient Feedback
Our approach was directed toward defining methods for collecting patient feedback to gain valuable insights into their experiences and expectations.
In addition, we defined the most effective data collection methods, such as digital surveys, ensuring a comprehensive and reliable information-gathering process.

New IT System Architecture and Implementation
As part of the New IT System Architecture and Implementation, key activities included conducting a comprehensive analysis of the current IT system, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
As a result of these activities, a proposed solution was developed to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability, ensuring a future-proof IT environment aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
